Today we are headed out to stay with one of Sheila’s friends, 360 miles to go up a coastal road. It started raining and them temp was a balmy 64 degrees, we hit the rain and it slid down to 54 degrees, yeah no rain gear of course. But we made it to Mossyrock WA

Today we riding to Olympia Washington, along the way we stopped at McMenamins Olympic Club in Centralia Washington. Pretty cool place, great food and very cool décor. Wish I could fit all the pictures in this article.

We made it to Olympia WA, going to be staying at a Camping Club to Visit with Sheila’s Father and Brother. We were taken for a tour of the area and we went to the Boston Harbor Marina, It was low tide and I had no Idea that there was a 25 foot swing from low to High tide anywhere.
We spent a week in Olympia; pretty much visiting with family, our next move was further north, where it is even cooler. We stopped at a restaurant for some lunch along the way a place called the Boat Shed; it was on the waterfront, a beautiful setting with a naval ship yard across the bay. This is the restaurant and Ships in background.
A few days later we went for a ride up to Neah Bay, was a wild ride, road was tore up mostly from landslides and was patched up, Very interesting ride. As long as you enjoy the curves and going over mountainous terrain, don’t let the logging trucks bother you, they are on this road every day, lol. This took us to the very northwest of the United States of America without going into Canada.
